about Jodie:
After years of yo-yo dieting, I got tired of how miserable and anxious it made me feel.
Studying nutritional science transformed my attitude towards health and wellbeing. There is a ton of misinformation online about what a "healthy diet" is (yes I'm looking at you Paleo and Keto!), and I am here to help you identify what is BS, what's good for you and WHY.
I'll help you make positive changes that last by using evidence based behaviour change techniques.
Also, I'm a busy mum of two and a real foodie, so healthy food has to be quick and taste delicious.
