First of all, I'm a total foodie at heart!
After spending my teens and twenties yo-yo dieting, I got tired of how miserable and anxious it made me feel.
Becoming a Nutritionist was the best decision I made for my health and wellbeing, and now I'm so grateful I can share this passion and knowledge to help you ditch restrictive diets and start living your healthiest life.
