about Jodie:

After years of  yo-yo dieting, I got tired of how miserable and anxious it made me feel.

Studying nutritional science transformed my attitude towards health and wellbeing. There is so much misinformation out there on what a healthy diet is (yes I'm looking at you Paleo and Keto!), and I am here to help you identify what is BS, what's good for you and WHY. 

I'll help you ditch restrictive diets, understand what we should be eating (and the reasons why), and become your healthiest, strongest self. 

Also, I'm a foodie, so healthy food has got to taste good.
