1. A full nutrition + lifestyle assessment
Fill out a lifestyle questionnaire + record a 4 day food diary.
2. Inital consultation
We look at your food habits, symptoms, energy, sleep, stress and daily routine so I can understand what’s really going on. Appointments can be in clinic (Wimborne, Dorset) or online.
3. A personalised plan
No strict diets — a bespoke, realistic plan to help you:

eat more whole, natural foods

overcome unwanted symptoms

reduce cravings and bloat

encourage movement

build positive habits that last
4. Fortnightly check-ins
This is where most progress happens. We review how things are going, celebrate your wins and adjust your goals to make sure everything feels doable.
