it's fuss free and easy
as a new client, we have to start with an initial consultation so we know what our starting point is.
following that, it's a monthy rolling plan.
stick with me as long as you want, and then fly solo when you're ready - no contracts, no cancellation fees.
step 1: initial consultation - £50 (one off)
45 minute one to one includes:

4 day food diary scientific analysis (completed prior to consultation)

feedback on nutritional deficiencies + recommendations

setting personal nutrition and lifestyle goals together

addressing any personal areas you would like support (e.g. emotional eating, comfort eating, lack of motivation etc.)

behaviour change support
step 2: monthly rolling plan - £60/month
includes:

fortnightly 30 minute one-to-ones (providing bespoke nutritional guidance, goal setting, overcoming difficulties, food diary analysis (if needed), behaviour change advice and support and celebrating the wins!)

personalised nutrition + lifestyle recommendations (including macro and micronutrient goals, sleep habits, movement goals, stress management)

whatsapp me anytime (responses within working hours)

regular emails with heathy diet and living inspiration
extras: personalised food plans - £30/month
Empowering you to make your own healthy food choices is an important part of the process, so this is not included in the monthly rolling plan.
However, I can offer personalised food plans tailored to your nutritional needs if required.
