Acai smoothie bowl
Serves 1
To a blender add:
130ml plant based m*lk
2 tbsp yoghurt of your choice
1 heaped tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp acai powder
120g frozen mixed berries (I use a mix of raspberries, blackcurrants and blackberries)
Blend until it has a thick and smooth consistency. For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen berries,
Pour into a bowl and add toppings - here I have used:
1/2 banana finely sliced
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 heaped tbsp desicated coconut
2 chunks dark chocolate cut into quarters
1 fresh strawberry and some extra frozen raspberries
