Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Sounds like a random mixture I know! This was a bit of an experiment but thankfully it was a success!

Trust me though, the avocado makes a deliciously creamy texture and the raw cacao powder makes it so chocolately you won't believe it's good for you!
This mousse has no refined sugar and contains 2 of your 5 a day! The maple syrup gives it the sweetness.
Ingredients
55g frozen avocado
6 tbsp alpro vanilla yoghurt
1 heaped tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 apple, peeled and cored
1 tbsp chia seeds
Method
Blitz all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Pop in the freezer for 5/10 mins to firm up
Top with berries (raspberries and blackcurrants go really well) and dark chocolate chunks if feeling decadent!
