Banana, PB and Chocolate Oats

The ultimate combo! - if you're craving a comfort bowl, trust me it doesn't get better than this.


This bowl is packed with fibre, plus a total combo of protein (nuts), complex carbs (oats) and healthy fats (nuts, seeds and coconut). You're also getting plenty of essential vitamins and minerals from the fruit, nuts and seeds - happy days!


Ingredients:

3 heaped tbsp oats (approx 30g)

3/4 cup plant based m*lk

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 large dates, sliced

Fresh nutmeg, grated


For the topping:

1 tsp Sweet Freedom choc shot, melted

1 tsp smooth peanut butter

1 tbsp mixed seeds

8 pecans

2 fresh strawberries

1/2 fresh banana

1 tsp desicated coconut


Method:

Heat the oats, m*lk, cinnamon, nutmeg and dates in a small saucepan on a medium heat until reaches a thick consistency

Pour into your favourite bowl and arrange toppings in whichever way you fancy ☺
