Caramel Mocha Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl tastes so decadent you won't believe it's so good for you ❤
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, frozen (slice into disks before freezing)
130ml plant based m*lk
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 medjool dates
1 shot espresso
1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Optional toppings - raw cacao powder, sliced berries, desicated coconut
Method:
Put all ingredients into your blender.
I start with the liquid so it prevents the frozen fruit sticking to the bottom of the blender.
Pulse until your smoothie reaches a creamy consistency
Pour into your favourite bowl and decorate as desired ❤
