Peanut Butter Nice Cream

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, frozen
2 heaped tbsp smooth peanut butter
Splash of plant based m*lk
Handful of dark chocolate chips
Method:
To a blender, add ingredients and pulse at high speed until smooth.
Add more m*lk in small amounts if your blender is struggling to blend the mixture (Nutribullets tend to need a bit more liquid)
Pour mixture into a tub and swirl in chocolate chips
Pop in the freezer to set, stir after an hour or so to prevent ice forming.
Once your nice cream has set and is ready to be eaten, you'll need to leave it out to soften before tucking in 🖤
For extra indulgence when ready to eat, sprinkle with extra chocolate chips and drizzle with smooth peanut butter
